This could be for a variety of reasons – misuse‚ vandalism‚ power surge‚ over use‚ faulty components etc. Our trained technicians will reach merchant establishments and ascertain the issues. After a quick assessment of the situation‚ generally no field repair is attempted and a 1–1 replacement is provided on a temporary basis. The POS Terminal is sent back to the central TRC for repair.
